This is the original YSR/YFS200 (Blaster ATV) combination I built for Mike Moret. I love this bike, it's soooo smooth running. It's also probably the most crashed bike at the track. I think the bike being so smooth has something to do with it. EVERYONE, but Paul and I, that have raced it crashed it. It's so smooth I think it has a tendency to not allow a sense of speed due to the lack of vibration and it throws off your sense of speed.

Chad Moret, Mike's older brother, and I put this thing together in a day (took about 10 hours of furious thrashing) and was raced for the very time the next day at Marshalltown. The number "911" had serious speed right away and was easily the quietest bike on the track, which may have also contributed to the lack of sense-of-speed.

If you will excuse the pun, it's a blast to ride. Torque off the corner is nearly on par with my YSR426F, mostly due to light weight (178 lb wet weight) and good torque from the engine. Plus with it being so smooth, this would be my pick to ride in an endurance event. You wouldn't get tired from the bike being loud or vibration that's for sure!

In all honesty, this is my favorite combination I have built so far. It has all the things I like, smooth running, good low rpm torque for acceleration off the corners with a flat torque curve, you don't need a lot of HP with this bike, most of the tracks we ride on are tight and acceleration is what counts. It is easily a 100 mph YSR and it's light. Even though it's beat to death in this photo, that doesn't demising the fun factor one bit and this bike is FUN!
